Personalize civic and election information, including candidate, issue, ballot, event, and community content.

Send account, security, service, civic, event, and other communications you have requested or authorized, including SMS messages where you have separately opted in.
Conduct research, analytics, measurement, product development, and service improvement.
Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our terms.
Comply with applicable law, legal process, and legitimate requests from government authorities.
Create aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify you, which we may use for research, analytics, reporting, and product improvement.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information in the following circumstances:

POGO may use your mobile phone number to provide SMS services that you separately choose to receive. Your SMS consent is not required to create or maintain a POGO account or to use the Services.
POGO does not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in information, or consent records with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may share mobile information with service providers that help us deliver the SMS service, such as our messaging provider, solely to provide the requested service and subject to appropriate restrictions.
You may withdraw SMS consent at any time by replying STOP to a POGO message. You may reply HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies based on the SMS program and your interactions with POGO. Message and data rates may apply.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We may use cookies, pixels, local storage, analytics tools, and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember preferences, understand usage, maintain security, and improve our products.
